Willem Jan is an international tax lawyer with over 25 years of experience advising companies, entrepreneurs, and private clients on cross-border structuring, wealth management, and estate planning across Asia and beyond. He is the Founding Partner of HKWJ Tax Law & Partners, Triple Eight, and iBlynq, firms with a presence in Hong Kong, Singapore, the UK, the Netherlands, and Curaçao, serving clients from multinationals to start-ups.

He also consults at Haldanes on complex tax, trust, and compliance matters. His advisory expertise spans tax planning, company incorporation, trusts and foundations, transfer pricing, and regulatory disputes. Beyond law, Willem Jan engages in community and cultural initiatives, including running Dutch Shop Hong Kong, and is active in professional associations such as the International Fiscal Association and the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.

David holds a Bachelor's Degree of Arts in Accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom and a fellow member of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.

David has more than 17 years' experience in taxation and worked for leading international CPA firms before. He is specialized in providing Hong Kong, Mainland China and international tax advice/solutions for both corporate and individual clients.

With over 14 years of experience, she has served as a company representative responsible for ensuring that the organization and its operations remain fully compliant with all statutory laws and regulations. Her duties are broad in scope, encompassing both governance and administrative responsibilities. Among her key tasks are:

• Maintaining statutory records to ensure they are accurate, up to date, and properly organized.
• Preparing board agendas and meetings for directors and shareholders, while ensuring that all decisions made comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Notifying authorities of any statutory changes within the company in a timely and proper manner.
• Managing administrative matters to support smooth and compliant business operations.

Shirman Cheung is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant and has years of working experience in Accounting and Administration with string background on recording, classifying and reporting on business transactions in commercial field.

She is an expert at liaison with overseas' clients/vendors, banker and auditors and she specialises in handling management accounting, cash-flow/budget forecast and analysis. Furthermore, Shirman has experience on the implementation of accounting program for SME.

Venice brings over 25 years of experience in accounting and taxation, including 15 years dedicated to client service. She has participated in an initial public offering (IPO) project for a construction company and has held managerial positions in companies listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX).

In addition to her expertise in accounting, Venice has gained valuable industry exposure across diverse sectors, including metal and leather goods manufacturing, import and export trading, and clothing retail. Venice is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA, CGA Canada) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). She is also a member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (ACG HKACG).
