什麽是法律程序文件代理人？

法律程序文件代理人是一個代表/地址可代為接收法院文件。

法律程序文件代理人可以為客戶提供廣泛的服務,包括但不限於：擔任法院訴訟的法律程序文件代理人、接收與仲裁程序有關的文件以及在需要獨立方的情況下接收合同通知。

在無法向國外送達法院文件的情況下,法律程序文件代理人可以代表海外客戶接收法院通知、訴訟或文件
