由於通用報告標準(CRS)和 涉稅信息自動交換標準(“AEOI”)在全球實施，要求金融機構(“FL”)對 稅收居民身份證明持有人進行盡職調查，以確定其稅收居民身份，並據此確定賬戶持有人的金融賬戶的某些信息是否需要交換到外國稅務管轄區。
